Swimming is an interesting activity adopted in all ages without any restriction and limitations. Even the 80 years old person can also swim in water according to their stamina and body needs. There are no negative and adverse effects of swimming on the human health; rather it improves the personality of the people. The muscles and tissues of the body are made stiff by swimming regularly for some particular time. Swimming is, therefore, adopted as an exercise by many people due to its various health benefits.
